It is my goal to support people in their own strength and personal responsibility. Everyone is their own best healer. It is about reactivating these self-healing powers in the body and mind through various approaches. My anchor is positive psychology with an emphasis on holistic approaches that are client-centered and solution-oriented. Through my training as a Mental Coach Counselor in the USA, I offer a wide range of advice and consider people as a whole, physical and spiritual being. I do not make any diagnoses, but through my clinical studies I have the knowledge of diagnostics and therapeutic methods that support me in offering well-founded advice.
Mindfulness plays a major role here and is used as a guide alongside various coaching methods, as it has proven useful in coping strategies and psychosomatic complaints. Depending on individual needs, helpful methods can be integrated that support the healing process.
